What do these options do?

- — Settles the registered agent fee for the coming year.
- Change agent
- — We file a change of registered agent with the state.
- Resign as agent
- — We resign and notify the state. A small filing fee applies.
- Close the entity
- — We file a dissolution. This ends the entity.
